Become a Co-organiser

All organisations that have access to a network of potential participants, e.g. members of an organisation, readers of a journal or users of a web portal, can jointly contribute as co-organisers in the organisation and promotion of the joint online event. Co-organisers can be

  • Clusters & networks
  • Associations, federations & professional societies
  • Publishers
  • Online portals, providers of newsletters, blogs, ...

Tasks of the co-organiser
The major task of a co-organiser is to promote the joint event in his network. For this purpose, all co-organizers will use the advertising channels available to them, e.g. website, newsletter, e-mails, LinkedIN, XING, Facebook, Twitter, print media, ... to promote the joint event as efficient as possible. The more successful a co-organizer's advertising campaigns are, the more revenue he will earn.

Financial obligations of the co-organizer
There are no financial obligations for co-organisers. Registration and participation in the joint online event are free of charge.

Win-win situation
The concept of organising an online event together with strong partners is a real win-win situation. All co-organizers can generate significant revenues through the joint online event and offer members of their network a cost-effective, highly efficient event format that helps them to find and meet relevant cooperation and business partners on a global scale. The major event goal of a participant, the maintenance and especially the expansion of his/her professional network during his/her event participation, is thus taken into account. He/she can benefit from this joint online event without having to leave his/her office.

The significantly lower participation fees compared to on-site events, the elimination of travel costs, the great time savings and the expected larger number of participants are good reasons for a potential participant to participate in the joint online event.
